Advertisers who are members of Ad Standards are eligible for discounted rates on submissions. For member rates, choose the Member radio button.

Please note:

US and International clients will be invoiced in USD. Canadian clients will be invoiced in CAD (with applicable taxes).

Our payment terms are net 30 days. Payment is accepted via cheque, auto e-transfer, direct deposit/bank wire, or credit card payment (credit card payments are subject to a 2.4% convenience fee).

Services are shown as Regular, Priority and Express. Each of these unique services has its own individual service hours and base price. Services that have additional options will also show information for included units, additional units and maximum units. Examples of numbers of units are # of pages in a site, # of posts, # of SEMs etc. which are used to calculate dynamic pricing on services.

# of Hours - This is the number of hours used in the calculation of the service due date.

Base Price - The cost of the selected service.

Included Units - Most services include a pre-defined number of units at no additional cost.

Additional (Add) Units - The cost per unit above the included units. Example: # of units 10 entered in submission, service includes 2 units, additional units will be 8.

Max Units - The maximum number of units that can be submitted for this service.

Options - Some services that have more complex pricing require the submitter to provide specific details. These details could include certain types of special review, market areas, the number of units or length of advertisement.
